This project deployed a rapid, three-day data sprint using Agile methodology to deliver actionable market entry recommendations for an investor in the wind power sector. We executed a focused workflow, encompassing data processing, analysis, targeted research, and presentation development, with daily investor and team check-ins to ensure alignment and timely delivery of strategic insights.
